Through Legalaid.in, an effort is made to put together all the practical information of law on a portal, particularly keeping in view an ordinary person’s day-to-day legal problems. Apart from providing legal information, this site is also designed to provide free legal aid to the needy and disadvantaged groups who otherwise are unable to fight and sponsor their legal disputes. It is also a platform where people can share their views on the working and effectiveness of legal systems operating in different environments, the type of justice that a citizen gets vis-à-vis his expectation and various other law-related issues.
